The Bright Explorers had a wonderful time gathering at the park to begin our Fall 2023 semester of classes! With more than 50 students and some fantastic photo props, we kicked off the semester in style.
Autumn Art students read about a forest teatime and had the option to make wax-resist watercolor paintings along that theme, or let their imaginations take them in other directions.
In our geography story time class, little ones read learned about India and created a fanciful peacock craft.
In Introduction to Music, our students had fun learning about rhythm and tempo and enjoyed some drumming!
Astronomy students explored galaxies with some hands-on, crafty visuals!
Vegan Cooking students made edible brownie batter! Children were amazed that something including beans could be so tasty.
Animal Detectives mixed up plaster for preserving footprints and examined clues with magnifying glasses!
And our Sensory Fun students cooled off in the heat with some ice play!
